A member of the Ricol Leisure team will visit your address and assess the access and delivery requirements needed to site your hot tub. They will recommend the best area for your tub if needed and discuss any ground work required. They will draw a plan of your property and advise if any plant is needed to get your hot tub into your chosen area. They will also be happy to answer any questions you may have about your hot tub or delivery.  

Most hot tubs require a 32amp electrical supply that will need to be fitted by a qualified electrician. We can pass your details on to our recommended electrical contractor if you require. They will visit your address and give you an independent quote for the work needed. Of course you can use your own tradesmen, but we would need them to be present on the day of delivery to do the final connection and the required checks. 

Standard delivery  

The delivery of your hot tub using our spa dolly which enables us to transport the spa on its side and into your garden. This includes transportation from Ricol Leisure to your address within Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire and Devon. The package includes the siting, filling and commissioning of your hot tub. A standard delivery does not include the use of a crane or any other plant that may be needed to get your tub into your property. 

 

 

The Delivery of your hot tub when a Hi Ab is required. We will sort out the arrangements for this. The package includes our standard delivery and the cost of the Hi Ab and Operator.  

 

If a crane is required to site your hot tub, we can provide an all inclusive package. This includes our standard delivery and the hire of the crane and crew. The crane company will also do a site survey in order to plan ahead of what size crane is required and how best to do the lift. 

 

 

 

 

Included In the standard delivery charge is a Ricol Leisure Hot Tub Management guide, Safety Guide and Basic Starter Chemical Kit.
